Our pizzas are authentically hand-stretched, hand-topped and stone baked in Italy and enable any hospitality venue to provide an award-winning pizza offering without requiring a skilled pizza chef, in addition, our retail range offers consumers a convenient pizzeria-quality experience at an accessible price point and from the comfort of their own home. Position Overview: As a Sales Manager at Doughboys Pizza, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market presence of our brand within foodservice. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong business relationships and a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on new opportunities. You will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and closing new business deals within the foodservice/ out-of-home sector. Key Responsibilities: Research and Identify Opportunities: Profile, research and identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with partners, customers, and distributors and maintain a log on internal CRM systems. Customer Acquisition: Drive sales and acquire new customers within the out of home market, creating pull-through via wholesaler stockists and distribution partners including Bidfood and Brakes. Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong, sustainable partnerships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions, fostering relationships that lead to increased sales and brand visibility. Revenue Growth: Drive profitable revenue growth by developing and implementing strategies to expand market share, meet sales targets, and capitalise on emerging market sectors. Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify areas of growth to adapt strategies, staying ahead of the curve and providing innovative solutions to our customers. Trade Show and Networking: Represent Doughboys Pizza at trade shows, customer events, and networking initiatives to establish brand presence, build relationships, and explore potential partnerships. Requirements: Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role within the food industry, showcasing the ability to drive sales growth and meet targets through acquiring new business and fostering customer relationships. Customer-Centric Approach: Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Showcase your ability to understand and address client needs effectively, providing added value solutions to our customers' businesses. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to build rapport and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with potential partners and customers. What we are looking for: Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage / FMCG sector. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and initiative. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Self-motivated and well-rounded, proficient in sales activities. Position Information: Salary: £42k OTE (£35k basic £7K OTE) Free Pizza Hours: Full Time / 5 day a week / 9am – 5pm Holiday Allowance: 28 Days (incl.
