An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nottinghamshire Integrated Recovery Service, for the role of Team Leader within the Mansfield, Ashfield & Ollerton Locality. We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team as the team leader for the Alcohol Team within the Mansfield Ashfield & Ollerton Locality. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership development and performance of the new operating model within this Service. Where: Mansfield Ashfield & Ollerton Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week Full Time Salary Range : £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 (pro rata for part time hours) Contract Type: Fixed term until 28 th of February 2026 The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, alcohol and drug case management and achieving contractual targets and outcomes as required. The post-holder will demonstrate the skills and knowledge to be able to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate effective case management pathways across disciplines and services, from engaging service users to working with our partners to ensure we provide a comprehensive service provision. Through assertive multidisciplinary working, the post-holder will primarily and effectively support two (Team Change & Team Grow) of the five distinct teams that exist within the Mansfield, Ashfield & Ollerton Locality. This will be achieved through specialised assessment, management of cases, periodic auditing and supervision of the staff members within these teams. They will undertake duties involved in the day to day operation, management and development of alcohol and drug case co-ordination, case management and recovery across the Mansfield Ashfield & Ollerton Locality.
