Graduate Structural Engineer
Location: Central London W1
Salary: £30k-£40k
Do you want to engineer a better society? Are sustainability strategy, the race to net zero, developing better software tools, climate change, and the built environment important factors to you?
Do you love architecturally led, complex, and challenging design work? Do you really want to make a difference in a small but growing business?
The role would suit a structural engineer who is keen to work for a small, boutique Central London design consultancy where individuals really make a difference.
The practice is small but is based within a larger office space with other consultancy firms working within the built environment. They foster a community with shared socials, CPD, sports clubs, meetings, lectures, lunches, etc., providing the best of both worlds - working for a small firm while operating within a busy environment with shared facilities and expertise.
Despite being a small practice, they offer an excellent salary coupled with a great benefits package. This includes an exceptional bonus scheme, healthcare, flexible working, training costs, subs and exam fees paid, a generous pension scheme, and socials.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team. The Directors are all Chartered, and this company could really help drive your career forward, allowing you to grow and develop with appropriate support in place. They offer excellent training for Chartership, exposure to a wide range of projects, often niche, bespoke designs in various sectors. You will be involved in all aspects of projects. They are very people-focused and enjoy their time at work.
This role is aimed at a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of buildings design office experience and an excellent academic background.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
