We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable qualified School Staff Nurse to join our caring and progressive Kent School Health service. Our school nursing teams provide support to families with children aged five to 19. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with local schools to provide the best possible start in life for Kent children. You will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well by using your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and make sure that children and families who use our services have a good experience. What will the role involve? Supporting in the supervision/ line management and development of colleagues Undertaking a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes of the service Attend and contribute to team meetings Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment. We have full and part time opportunities available and are willing to consider flexible working hours to support both you and the service. This role is a community- based role so the majority of your duties will be carried out between your home and a community setting for example a school or trust site.
