We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce.
Duties
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through creating and managing relationships with finance brokers through the UK.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
4. Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights into market trends and client feedback.
5. Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand professional networks.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is an office-based position in Ipswich, working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Starting salary of £26,000 to £28,000 with a very attractive bonus structure. OTE £40,000 to £55,000 year one.
