About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will provide high-level support to teachers and students, assisting with lesson delivery, planning, and classroom management. You will work closely with students across various abilities, offering both group and one-on-one support, and playing a key role in their academic progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted interventions and support to students with varying needs.
* Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure a productive, inclusive learning environment.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
* Monitor student progress and report on achievements and areas for development.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive learning atmosphere.
About You:
* A proven track record in a classroom setting (HLTA qualification or equivalent is essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable.
