They have a deep understanding of the UK’s heritage policy and legislative frameworks and work on projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure development.

The Role as a Principal Heritage Consultant:
* Lead and manage the built heritage team.
* Handle high-profile, complex projects, from research and drafting to providing expert planning advice.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
* Attend meetings and prepare planning appeals and other key project documentation.
* Mentor and support team members.

What We’re Looking for as a Principal Heritage Consultant:
* Has in-depth knowledge of the UK policy and legislative framework for archaeology and built heritage.
* Can translate research themes into practical project solutions.
* Holds a degree in archaeology, architecture, conservation, or a related field.
* Possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
