We have an amazing opportunity within our Marketing Department for a Digital Marketing Manager. This role is essential to our growth marketing strategy. This is a full-time role, working hybrid with minimum of 3 days working in our Leeds city centre office. You will be responsible for: Digital Marketing: Deliver digital marketing activity and campaigns, including budget allocation, channel mix, activity and campaign setup, and ongoing optimization. Create engaging and performance driven organic and paid social media content for our channels (including shopping; TikTok / Instagram) Analyse digital marketing performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Campaign Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for key events such as Halloween, Black Friday, and Christmas. Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to align campaigns with promotional activities. Vendor Funding and Campaign Support: Manage vendor funding activities, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of funds for marketing initiatives. Support the Partnership Marketing Manager in creating plans for vendor campaigns, including ticket creation, execution, reporting, and POE (Proof of Execution) collection. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing campaigns. Agency Management: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring they deliver on campaign objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with agencies to create and execute digital advertising strategies. Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish KPIs and regularly monitor digital marketing performance. Provide in-depth analysis and insights to drive strategic decisions and improvements. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate across teams, including marketing, product and sales to ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives. Communicate digital marketing activity (by channel), campaign plans and objectives effectively to cross-functional teams. You will have: Successful track record with 8 years’ experience within digital marketing with a focus on paid social media marketing 2 years’ experience of working with content creators and influencers 2 years’ experience of selling through Tik-Tok Shop, Instagram Shop and other platform selling channels Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and tools Proven track record of driving ROI through digital marketing campaigns Experience in DTC, e-tail, retail is essential Agency management experience is a benefit Previous experience working with vendor funding activities and campaign support would be highly beneficial Experience in campaign planning for seasonal events You will be: Self-motivated, driven and entrepreneurial Confident working in challenging and demanding environments Flexible and adaptable approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and highly organised Project management skills Exceptional time management Digitally inquisitive, keen to experiment and learn Highly proficient in Google and Microsoft packages Be passionate, proactive and positive about working at Ebuyer.
