Job summary The Divisional Director has overall leadership and managerial responsibility for the service quality and delivery within the Division. This includes ensuring Trust wide values are fully embedded across all service within the Division. The Divisional Director has overall responsibility and accountability for developing and implementing the strategy and business plan for the Division to support the Trust Annual Plan. This will encompass all aspects of operational, financial and commercial management. Main duties of the job LEADERSHIP 1.
