The Regional Sales Engineer RF (Radio Frequency) is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by leveraging technical expertise in RF systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, including the provision of solution proposals tailored to customer requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development, marketing) to ensure customer needs are met and to provide feedback on market trends and product improvements.
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and negotiate contract terms.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging RF technologies, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
* Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote RF solutions and expand the company’s market presence.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in RF technology are a plus.
* Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably with a focus on RF or wireless communication products.
* Strong technical knowledge of RF systems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and wireless networking (e.g., LTE, 5G).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
