This isn’t just any showroom sales manager role – we’re looking for someone to lead one of our key locations. Our Lisburn showroom is a well-established site, and we need a dedicated manager to help us meet our customers’ growing needs and elevate the store's success.
What we offer:
* Full-time position (40 hours per week).
* Competitive salary with an uncapped bonus scheme and performance incentives.
* Full training will be provided, and you’ll receive ongoing support from experienced team members.
* You’ll also have access to our Bathshack Academy to develop your product knowledge and sales skills.
A bit about the role…
* Lead the team to achieve showroom targets and KPIs, ensuring customer satisfaction is always at the forefront.
* Drive and develop your team to exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
* Take responsibility for showroom operations and ensure all business opportunities are maximised.
* Promote Bathshack’s full range of products and lead by example in the sales process.
* Oversee stock levels and ensure the showroom is always presented to its best.
* Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and assisting with bathroom product queries.
* Be an advocate for the store in the local community, promoting our brand and presence in the marketplace.
* Be the keyholder for the showroom, managing opening/closing procedures and ensuring security.
A bit about you…
* Motivated and driven with a passion for sales and people development.
* Able to adapt quickly to changes in targets and strategies, ensuring the team stays aligned.
* Organised with strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* An excellent communicator and coach with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
* People-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
* Strong understanding of data and how to use it to drive sales performance.
* A high-performing sales leader with experience in managing and motivating teams.
* Able to work Saturdays and handle the occasional late-night opening.
* Proven experience of managing a high-performing team with consistent sales results.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent communication and team engagement abilities.
Preferred Requirements:
* An understanding of the bathroom market Bathshack operates in.
