As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our team. This Role. The successful applicant will provide essential support to fee earners, assisting with a wide range of legal matters. This role involves preparing legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and acting as a liaison with clients, while also handling general administrative duties for the fee earner. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents. Navigate land web and deal with post-completion registrations. Organise, manage, and maintain case files for easy access and reference. Maintain effective communication with clients, handling inquiries promptly. Provide administrative support, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining schedules. Skills: Prior experience as a Legal Secretary in conveyancing is essential. Strong understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and principles. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
