Job Description: Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in organising and preparing the kitchen, delivering products to a high standard in line with the brand's vision. About the Role
Located in Bridport, this Luxury Wellness Resort spans 100 acres of working farmland, featuring its own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As a Chef de Partie, you will organise and prepare seasonal, homegrown produce, working closely with gardening and farming teams to recommend and create dishes using seasonal ingredients.
You will ensure all kitchen areas meet high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health, safety, and allergen regulations. Collaboration with front-of-house and guest relations teams is essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires creativity and resourcefulness, utilizing produce ranging from onsite fruits and vegetables to livestock. Responsibilities also include creating hampers for guests and preparing large farmhouse-style platters for buffets and roast dinners.
