You will effectively communicate expectations and deadlines between our customers and the team, whilst managing the workshop calendar to enable us to deliver on our promises.n nThis role will see you working closely with the Centre Manager and provide a variety of opportunities for learning and development for those looking for an Autocentre career.n What will I be doing?• Provide extensive product and service knowledge, acting as a brand ambassador with integrity to guide, advise, and understand customer needs.n• Arranging and booking your customers vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.n• Handle sensitive customer scenarios with empathy, integrity, and transparency, taking ownership of the entire customer journey.n• Maximise service sales and profitability through upselling of additional works.n• Take ownership of customer concerns, acting as the primary contact and providing direct contact information to build confidence.n• Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with confidence and become their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.n• Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.n• Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.
