This is a role for a strong customer service assistant with lettings/property management. A progressive role, your duties will include: Liaising with potential new tenants, conducting viewings, taking rental enquiries Completing tenancy agreements and vettings Check in and checkouts plus inventories. Ensure the building is presented to the highest standard Adhere to all health and safety and ensure the building is compliant Updating the CRM systems/advertising portals Liaise with maintenance contractors and ensure tenant issues are solved quickly This role is full time and office based My client is looking for a mix of skills: Property sector experience Front of house / Hospitality / Hotel reception Property Management skills Customer Services
