Seasonal Chef – Hotel - Jersey
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team at this luxury hotel in Jersey. This role is to start asap for a 9 month contract. As Chef De Partie you will support the other CDP's and team, assisting in running various sections as well as supporting the Head Chef. The exceptional a la carte restaurant menu showcases modern British cooking in a classic setting with the emphasis on fresh Jersey produce.

The Person
The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following:
* Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef De Partie in a fine dining environment
* Rosette experience preferred
* versatile to manage all sections.
* Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* free to start asap for a 9 month contract- possibility of it becoming permanent
* Available for a first stage telephone interview
