As a Business Development Executive - Account Manager at Credas, you will play a crucial role where your primary responsibilities will include hot/warm calling, retaining and growing existing business, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Contacting medium-sized clients to promote our company products.
* Providing demos and upselling to retain, renew, and grow existing client relationships.
* Achieving monthly targets to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.
* Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
* Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team (with the aid of our HubSpot CRM tool).
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Highly organized and self-motivated.
* Comfortable working in a process-driven environment.
* Strong analytical skills.
Nice to Have
* Account management skills (minimum 2 years of sales experience).
* Background in estate agency, legal, conveyancing, and/or recruitment.
