Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive long term solutions to address People-related challenges Act as a trusted advisor to Directorate and department heads, providing guidance on talent management, organisational development and workforce planning Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement, retention and development Partner with People Teams to deliver exceptional employee experience, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational goals Foster and drive an inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued and respected The People Business Partnering team, reports to the Director of People Products & Services. The team is responsible for strategic partnering with leaders and business management teams; leading people changes, contributing to and influencing the development of the business agenda, strategy and plans, providing challenge and consulting support, with a focus on current and future talent, driving performance and employee experience and delivery of our people strategy.
