ESTIMATOR – SOUTH WEST LONDON Client A large, established and professional company based in South West London specialising in high spec construction. The Role & Responsibilities: Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Compute costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements. Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents. Knowledge of sourcing supplies, obtaining quotes and negotiating prices. Raising Purchase orders Ability to input and present data Day to day administration An excellent written and verbal command of the English language. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: An industry applicable degree qualification. Proven track record from similar sector specific organisations. Individual: Experience working as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor on estimating projects. Able to work as part of a team. Previous UK Construction experience is preferred. Ability to manage the sub-contractors on site Strong work ethic An excellent communicator. Have strong commercial awareness. Good IT knowledge ASAP interview and start for the ideal candidate.
