* You will enjoy coaching and leading people; supporting your Inventory Planning Team to deliver their aspirations - taking responsibility for finding ways to develop and motivate your talented team.

* To help ensure your area and team's continuous improvement you will be conducting Business Performance Reviews, team meetings, appraisals, individual Personal Development Plans and of course up to date business reporting.
* RS will work with you to ensure our people are empowered, highly engaged, and well equipped with the best-in-class skills, systems, and processes to deliver their objectives.
* You will oversee the supply plan for a portfolio of products and key vendors, ensuring it meets the demand plan, minimising products off-sale and maximising service levels whilst keeping within financial targets.
* You will be accountable for managing inventory performance through order book management, quality conformance and stock management activities.

* You have experience in international Inventory Planning Management.
* Hold a proficient level in SAP and planning tools (ideally Blue Yonder).
* Have the ability to develop a strategy and turn this into a series of tangible actions.
* You are able to create and deliver presentations, particularly to key stakeholder groups.
