What you will be doing
* Owning full-cycle recruitment for technology roles within the cybersecurity SaaS industry, with a focus on Jnr-to-senior level positions that are critical to business success.
* Building deep partnerships with hiring managers, driving alignment on talent needs & priorities.
* Leading proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier technical talent in competitive markets.
* Developing and managing robust talent pipelines of highly skilled candidates with specialised industry experience.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by delivering market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to shape hiring decisions.
* Creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the innovation, professionalism, and ambition of the client’s brand.
* Continuously optimising recruitment processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
What our client is looking for
* Solid experience as a Tech Recruiter, ideally within start-ups, scale-ups, or product-led tech environments.
* Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once, with a proactive approach to delivery.
* Skilled in sourcing, screening, and relationship management - both candidate and stakeholder sides.
* A strong communicator who’s adaptable and confident working at pace.
* Based in or near South West London – travel to Richmond office 3 times per week is required.
