This position can be either a full-time role (37.5hrs) or part-time (30hours) with flexibility around working days & hours within their opening times (Mon-Fri 80:00 - 17:30)
We are looking for someone who can input product data onto a spreadsheet ready for a new product ordering system.
We are looking for someone who will be available from the 6th Jan to support the business on a temporary basis. However, this position could develop into a permanent role with further duties.
We are looking for candidates who are ready to start a new opportunity from January but interviews will be conducted before Christmas.
Fully On Site
Working hours Monday - Friday
Temp Admin Assistant - £13.50ph
Creating a spreadsheet with product information ahead of their new website and order system
Obtaining product data from suppliers from Excel and portals and transferring the data onto the companies own spreadsheet
Maintaining accurate product records
If the role moved to a permanent position:
Order and Shipping Coordinator
Creating purchase orders
Shipping coordination
Supplier liaison
Delivery updates or investigations
Data administration
The suitable candidate:
Previous experience within an administrative role
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong IT knowledge and comfortable with learning new systems
Organised, professional, team-player
Available to work from the 6th Jan
