Job Title: Regional Manager – Children’s Residential Homes Location: Cheshire and surrounding area's Hours: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £65,000 per annum bonus About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Manager to be the RI and oversee a cluster of Children’s Residential homes across the across the Northwest area. You will be working for an incredible organisation who provide residential homes and supported living homes for Children and Young People with complex needs, backgrounds of trauma and child sexual exploitation. Your key responsibilities as Regional Manager: As the Regional Manager your key responsibilities include strategically leading and developing up to 10 solo homes for Children and Young People who present behaviours which may challenge and have experienced child sexual exploitation. You will ensure services comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines while driving continuous improvement in the quality of care provided to the children. You will serve as the Responsible Individual for each home, overseeing all aspects of operations, staffing, and outcomes. You will mentor, coach and support your team of registered managers to develop and enhance individual and team performance and to optimise service delivery. You will be managing the budget effectively and in line with company financial policies and you will be responsible for taking the lead and supporting with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to, and following, inspections. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure appropriate therapeutic interventions and support services are provided to meet each child's unique needs. The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable and dynamic individual who can use their previous experience and understanding of children’s residential services to ensure the homes, staff and young people thrive. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and lead your team to greatness Essential Requirement: You will hold a minimum of a Level 5 in Leadership and Management Social Work degree is desirable Extensive knowledge around Children’s Homes regulations (2015), Children’s Homes Regulations including the quality standards, Ofsted regulations Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ofsted regulated homes in a leadership role within a residential children's home or similar setting Benefits: Competitive salary with a brilliant bonus structure Extra training and qualifications up to Level 7 A supportive and collaborative work environment Generous holiday allowance Car milage allowance
