POSITION SUMMARY This dynamic and high energy role is a newly developed position to support the progressive vision of the company and support the CEO in developing and executing growth initiatives and launches across the group that reinforce the brand’s luxury positioning, innovation and results driven products and services within the luxury aesthetics and wellbeing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, CRM and stakeholder management and will be both commercial and creative with a love for getting a job done. Alongside concept development and launch management, this role will also focus on crafting and managing a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints, ensuring the brand resonates with our target audiences and drives engagement in both traditional and digital platforms and drives forward our philanthropic endeavours and commitment to profit with purpose in all we do. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Positioning Work with CEO & CMO in defining a progressive strategy for innovation, comms & activation Ensure USP’s, innovative technology & results driven propositions are seamlessly integrated into all brand messaging, content, campaigns Brand Communications & experience Execute a brand communication strategy where the unique value proposition is reflected consistently and positions the brand as a leader and innovator in trade sectors. Oversee overarching HGI marketing plan for UK, Ireland & Caribbean Ensure all HGI branded events, concepts and propositions conform to brand & ROI potential Deliver a progressive CRM best practice framework within hubspot across business Define & deploy an automated journey for all partner & prospect audiences that maximises engagement and penetration of key programmes & services Audit and evolve the HGI brand experience to exceed expectations. E-Commerce & Digital platform Oversee the website & platforms of HGI – identifying opportunities to innovate Oversee the VIP store & corporate roll out Drive new portfolio e-commerce initiatives to ensure effective execution Concept Development Work with the CEO & COO to develop growth and innovation concepts through to execution. Create sales proposition decks to ensure stakeholder buy in Oversee delivery of new launches & campaigns Luxury brand materials Oversee development and evolution of materials from brand id guidelines to print and digital Public Relations Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders in both the beauty and tech sectors to secure profile and positioning coverage. Oversee the cohesive development of the HGI influencer tribe with the community manager Support CEO trade sector PR and profile Oversee HGI social with trade engagement & relations to ensure brand identity & plan is enforced Inspire internal teams to be strong brand ambassadors who can communicate the brand’s story & selling proposition Commercialise KOL, influencer and partner advocation through new concept delivery Market Research & Trend Monitoring Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continuously refine and improve our strategies. Budget Management Plan, monitor and control spend associated with brand & communications management KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital marketing Experience 5 years of experience in brand communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or technology industries. Experience working in luxury brand spaces A proven track record of managing luxury brand communications across digital and traditional media platforms. Experience launching new concept developments Experience in digital platform propositions & launches Trade B2B experience preferable. Project management preferable Skills Strong understanding of luxury marketing and digital service delivery Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that support the success of the vast array of initiatives and concepts we will bring to market Adobe / creative – ability to create presentations without being wholly reliant on others Hubspot & CRM system savy – drive email marketing journeys & automation with agency Highly creative with keen eye for design and attention to detail in visual work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will represent our brand in various public forums, events, and media engagements.
