Salary: £36,291 to £38,716.08 DOE + Enhancements
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Part-time, Full-time, and Night shifts available

A healthcare facility in Cheadle, Stockport, is currently seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) for various positions on a permanent, part-time, full-time, or night shift basis. This role is available for individuals holding an active NMC Pin.
The facility provides comprehensive inpatient mental health services for young people and adults, offering a supportive environment to help individuals live their best life. RMNs will be assigned to various wards, including:
• PICU
• Acute
• Specialist DBT Unit for personality disorders
Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
• Providing and supporting nursing care, acting as a named nurse for a defined group of patients
• Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care in collaboration with the patient and their family or carers
• Communicating effectively with service users to assess their needs and evaluate progress
• Promoting adherence to the DBT model
• Participating in quality improvement processes and clinical governance
• Ensuring safe ward environments by acting as the Nurse in Charge
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting MDT practices
Candidates should have:
• Active NMC registration
• Knowledge of NMC standards and professional practices
• A positive attitude toward service improvement and quality
• Excellent communication and IT skills

Pay Enhancements:
• Monday to Friday (22:00 – 6:30): 20% of hourly rate
• Saturday (All Day): 20% of hourly rate
• Sunday (All Day): 50% of hourly rate
• Bank Holidays (All Day): 50% of hourly rate
