What We’re Looking For: As Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Professional Development, you will coach and support our teaching staff, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and institutional policies. Your work will directly contribute to improving performance across the college, helping us achieve our mission of student success and satisfaction. Essential Qualifications and Experience : We are seeking a proactive, inspiring professional with: A relevant educational qualification, preferably postgraduate. Significant experience in teaching, learning, and assessment, with a strong track record in quality improvement. Expertise in delivering impactful training and coaching. Familiarity with Ofsted and quality assurance frameworks. Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A passion for fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Key Responsibilities Collaboration and Training Partner with the Director of Quality to develop and deliver innovative training programs that set the benchmark for outstanding teaching practices. Provide personalized coaching to teaching staff, fostering professional growth and enhancing their teaching, learning, and assessment capabilities. Improvement and Compliance Collaborate with Heads of Institute to improve and align teaching quality with Ofsted and other regulatory frameworks. Conduct evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and support the development of tailored improvement plans for teaching staff. Professional Development and Engagement Design and implement professional development initiatives that address the evolving needs of educators. Support newly qualified and trainee teachers, helping them transition successfully into their roles. Actively engage with learners, gathering feedback to enhance their educational experience. Strategic and Operational Excellence Lead observations and quality audits to ensure delivery models meet internal and external quality standards. Drive initiatives that enhance performance and align with strategic objectives, ensuring timely achievement of quality assurance actions.
