The Role You will be taking ownership of CRM strategy across the UK and EU markets, drive key conversion and lifecycle campaigns for B2C & B2B. You will focus on personalising customer interactions, enhancing segmentation, and optimising CRM touchpoints across multiple channels to elevate customer experience and retention.
