We're recruiting for an Environmental and Sustainability Advisor to join our Building Operating Unit team on the refurbishment of a major commercial office development in the City of London, Appold Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of Environmental and Sustainability performance on site.
What you'll do:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of Construction Environmental Management Plans, Site Waste Management Plans, and site-specific control measures.
2. Support project teams, including the production of client reports and external liaison where relevant.
3. Take responsibility for all environmental and sustainability reporting.
4. Assist in the development and delivery of environmental and sustainability training for all staff.
5. Support the delivery of BREEAM and WELL certification including the assimilation of monthly data.
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Degree qualified in Environmental related discipline or equivalent.
2. Construction Industry experience.
3. BREEAM AP or equivalent (preferred).
