We are seeking a proactive Digital Services Project Manager to oversee the delivery of customer and internal projects, ensuring alignment with Prince2 methodology. This is a key role within our Digital Services division, where you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, often involving diverse technologies and cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering projects of varying sizes, budgets, and complexities while contributing to our vision of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Technology Management : Develop an understanding of relevant technologies and collaborate with teams to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements. Project Delivery : Define goals, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes across multiple projects. Project Reporting : Provide accurate, insightful reports on project progress, financial performance, and lessons learned. Governance & Process Improvement : Maintain compliance with quality standards and contribute to enhancing project delivery processes. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, totalling 40 hours per week.
