Account Director – MedComms

Hybrid role – 3 days onsite in Central London and 2 days remote based
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 plus benefits
Instinct are working with a highly reputable client within the Medical Communications sector.
The Company
This global MedComms organisation offers a range of services including insights to the market as well as a wide range of learning and training products to develop people within the industry. They are continuing their period of growth and are looking for an experienced MedComms Account Director to join their Client Service team.
The Role
This position will involve leading a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver the best service possible to a range of global clients. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered to efficiently and they are happy with the service and products provided.
You will also be responsible for driving business growth and renewals with their existing clients.
Using your MedComms experience, you will be confident in discussing the markets and offering insights to the clients.
The Person
The successful candidate will:
- Have extensive experience at Account Director level
- Have previously worked with the MedComms sector where you have gained strong sector knowledge
- Be very client facing and extremely confident building strong relationships
- Have strong leadership and management skills
- Be an excellent communicator
- Experience working with learning and development is advantageous
