Following an increase in business, UCR are looking to add 5 B2B Telesales Executives to their team into new Fareham, Whiteley office. You'll play a key role in helping companies make smarter decisions, focusing on cost savings and reducing their carbon footprint while building a personal portfolio of clients and becoming their trusted advisor. Unlimited Earnings Potential: With an uncapped OTE of £55,000, the sky's the limit once you're established Your Role and duties will include: Build and manage a personal portfolio of clients, establishing long-term relationships as their go-to energy adviser. Help clients make informed decisions, driving both cost savings and environmental impact reductions. Play a key role in growing UCR's client base through proactive outreach. To be considered, you will need the following: Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success. High motivation and ability to make a high volume of calls per day. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Working Hours: This is a full-time office role, based in central Leicester. Hours are 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM on Fridays. Support with parking costs is also available.
