About the Role
A new function within our organization, our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will play a critical role in the ongoing management and health of our customers.
You will focus on ensuring that our customers are successful and delighted throughout their journey with us, and that they ultimately become advocates of our services.
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a CSM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with our customers through regular communication and engagement
* Identifying and addressing customer pain points to ensure their success and satisfaction
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall experience
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
* Providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders on customer progress and performance
