As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced **Service Support Planner** to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their automated door systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* To provide proactive and reactive maintenance services to our clients, including planned and unplanned maintenance visits.
* To work closely with our clients to understand their maintenance needs and preferences.
* To coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., automated door systems, maintenance services).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary Range:** The estimated annual salary for this position is between £45,000 and £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
