Teaching Assistant with Behaviour Management Expertise
Monday to Friday Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: From £83.48/day PAYE

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Teaching Assistant with expertise in behaviour management to work closely with our students and staff. You will play a key role in:
1. Supporting teachers in managing classroom behaviour and promoting engagement.
2. Offering targeted support to individual students to overcome behavioural challenges.
3. Helping to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where all students can thrive.
4. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience working in a school environment or with young people (essential).
2. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
5. Passion for education and commitment to safeguarding and supporting student wellbeing.
