We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Brackmills on the Wickes contract. This role is a hands-on position and takes responsibility for supporting the Administration Department in order to meet company targets, compliance etc. Duties and responsibilities ● System knowledge, specifically Calidus WMS ( Onsite system training will be available ) ● Ability to work efficiently and accurately and maintain high levels of attention to detail ● Flexible to work in all admin departments ● Ensuring daily site reports are completed in a timely manner ● Ensuring and maintaining effective communication between different shifts and different departments to assist with any discrepancies and queries to resolve Customer delivery escalations ● Maintaining all Administration Operational trackers are up to date and in live status ● Ensuring all site and system processes are maintained at all times ● Escalate to the Warehouse Management team and issues likely to affect the performance of the department,site or relationship with the Customer ● Ensuring all system workflows are completed and maintained ● Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Management team ● Complete Goods in receiving function ● Complete Order / Route Pick release and monitor control function ● Complete Administration goods out Despatch function ● Compiling all drivers paperwork packs for delivery crews ● Daily order processing through WMS and Delivery systems ● Systemic Carrier returns management and control ● Maintain up to date knowledge of the internal systems ● Monitoring all system issues on site and following the respective reporting channels to ensure these are resolved in a timely and effective manner ● Store refit and QA order processing ● Controls for Escalation Orders Experience, skills and attributes Essential / Desirable ● Must be able to work well within a team structure and on own initiative ● Must be able to work to deadlines ● Enthusiastic approach to work ● Confident in the use of Microsoft / Google applications ● Good communication skills ● Experience of working in a Project group ● Ability to communicate with all levels of the business ● Excellent written and spoken English skills ● Have a confidential and professional approach Individuals are expected to model Wincanton’s values in all they do.
