Salary: £14.48 - £18.10 per hour Hours: 37.50 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Based in the office full time intially for training, following training the role will be hybrid. Applicants are required to live local to Loughborugh to be able to attend the office 2-3 times a week. Why Join Us? Your Mission: Manage accounts and respond to queries primarily through our systems, with some phone interaction. Utilise Salesforce for account management and ensure smooth order processing through SAP. Foster strong relationships with our Priority Customers, proactively managing orders and providing informative reports. Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-notch customer service using various platforms like SAP and Salesforce. Ensure compliance with all transactional standards and Service Level Agreements. Proactively manage accounts and orders, ensuring timely resolution of queries. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality. Engage in company initiatives, including daily reviews and team meetings. Build solid relationships with assigned key accounts through regular communication.
