Salary: Up to £24,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in providing efficient office support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Main Duties
1. Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying
2. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
3. Assist in maintaining office organisation and cleanliness
4. Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
5. Support with scheduling appointments and meetings
6. Assist in creating documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite or similar software
7. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or other accounting software
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable
2. Proficiency in computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4. Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
5. Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office software is advantageous
