We're seeking an HR Business Systems Manager to join our UK team at Capgemini. In this exciting role, you'll lead both local and offshore teams, drive key HR projects, manage SAP security, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your role
Stakeholder Management:
* Collaborate with HR, GIT, and business stakeholders to understand HR process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Act as the primary liaison between the HR department and GIT, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
* Support the UK HR team in their GIT-related needs, facilitating communication and maintaining robust relationships across departments.
HR Process Understanding & Data Management:
* Deeply understand end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee data management, payroll, performance management, finance, compliance etc.
* Ensure that all HR-related data is processed, stored, and utilized according to GDPR and other relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with the data team to ensure HR data integrity, quality, and security across SAP SuccessFactors and associated systems.
System Architecture & IT Solutions:
* Contribute to the design, and deployment of HR IT solutions, specifically SAP SuccessFactors and its integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
* Analyse and implement best practices in systems architecture to ensure scalability and compatibility with existing Capgemini platforms.
* Identify areas for improvement in HR IT systems and provide recommendations to enhance performance, functionality, and user experience.
Project Management & Implementation:
* Support HR IT projects related to SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology systems from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* Partner with internal teams or external vendors to implement HR technology, software integrations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
* Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise during project rollouts or upgrades.
Compliance and Risk Management:
* Ensure HR IT systems comply with internal policies, legal regulations (e.g., GDPR), and data security standards.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of HR systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities and ensure mitigation.
Technical Expertise:
* Stay current with emerging technologies, specifically within the HRIS landscape, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and its ecosystem.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to HR and IT teams regarding HR technologies, data flows, and process automation.
* Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools, platforms, or integrations that could enhance HR capabilities, focusing on both upstream and downstream systems.
Your skills and experience
Technical Skills:
• Proven experience in IT systems management, with a strong focus on HRIS, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated understanding of HR processes, data management, and architecture within a large, complex organization.
• Experience working with global teams, with a focus on UK-specific HR operations, compliance, and regulations.
• Strong Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors: Experience with its integrations with upstream and downstream systems. Familiarity with system upgrades and implementations.
• Other HR Technology Platforms: Broad understanding of various HR technologies to recommend best practices and ensure compatibility.
• Database Management, Data Modelling, and Reporting Tools

• Project Management Skills: Project management methodologies for overseeing HR system implementations and upgrades.

• Integration Experience: Integrating HR systems with other business applications (e.g., payroll, talent management).
