Great Opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator looking to gain further experience and work for an employer wanting to develop and train this person as much as possible. They are looking for someone with previous experience in a contract support/administrator role to work in the Building Services industry.
The Project Coordinator will be working directly underneath the Electrical Contracts Manager and be organising the staff's daily requirements as well as attending client meetings. What is key for this client is someone who is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude looking to progress in their career.
Your Role as a Project Coordinator will Include:
1. Managing schedules and workload of engineers
2. Organizing and maintaining project documentation
3. Providing administrative support to the Contracts manager
The successful Project Coordinator will need:
1. Problem solving mindset
2. Previous experience in a contracts admin/support position
3. Able to travel to the office 5 days a week
