The Team Administrator is an exciting role supporting Springhill District Nursing Teams with the administrative function that enable clinical care to be delivered in patient homes.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team including typing of letters, minutes of meetings and other documentation. Implement and maintain central filing systems for patient records, patient information, care plan documentation and staff documentation. Undertake office duties such as photocopying and replenishing information as required by the District Nurses. Answer non-clinical queries from clients and their relatives seeking advice from the Nursing Staff.

Qualifications
Essential
1. GCSE English Grade C or above or equivalent/or equivalent experience GCSE Maths Grade C or above or equivalent/or equivalent experience
2. ECDL or equivalent IT qualification
3. NVQ Level 3, Diploma or equivalent experience.

5. Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
