As a Salesforce Platform Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Salesforce Developers, Administrators and Analysts to design, develop and implement salesforce solutions that align with the business needs. This position is full-time Monday - Friday and our head office is based in Runcorn, Cheshire. Hybrid working is available and the candidate must be able to commute to Runcorn when required. • Lead, mentor and manage a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators and Analysts and foster a collaborative team environment • Establish goals and project milestones and provide continuous feedback to team members • Oversee the design, deployment and customisation of the platform • Manage the customisation of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules and Apex Code • Run a CAB (change advisory board) within the business to ensure all changes and developments in the platform are aligned with the business goals • Develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and new features and to keep well informed of the new rollout features the platform will offer the business long term • Manage the lifecycle of all related projects, including larger projects (with supporting third parties) and working with wider development teams to drive business transformation • Lead the integration with our global ERM system (SAP) and other business specific applications • Extensive experience of managing a Salesforce Development team • Experience with integration platforms and developing a system in line with Validation regulations • Experience implementing Salesforce in large organisations Benefits Private healthcare Company car/car allowance Contributory Pension Scheme (rises with service) Role specific tailored training and development plan Life Insurance (4 x salary, death in service) 25 days holiday (rises to 27 after 5 years service) and ability to buy/sell holidays Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave Professional fees paid Bike to work scheme Long Service Awards Employee Assistance Programme Free onsite parking and subsidised canteen Blue Light Card Company funded family days out We are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination.
