Experience required…
Essential:
* Experience within the UK Civil Engineering industry – typically 5 to 8 years
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related subject
* Possess a current and valid NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
* Able to manage all aspects of the NEC4 contract, including risk management, change control, and dispute resolution
* Have demonstrable experience in managing roads and bridges projects.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
* Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Monitor project progress and reporting regularly to senior management.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
* A full UK driving licence
