Ntegra is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will join our talented team of developers to deliver high quality code for our clients, contributing to the development of key parts of systems whilst working within an agile (SCRUM) development environment. They will not only foster fantastic client relationships, but get involved with code reviews, testing, evaluation of requirements, production of technical documentation such as solution overviews, functional overviews, and design documentation.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Participate in the full development cycle, including backlog definition, estimation, and delivery tracking.
* Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using best practices.
* Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications (React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
* Build and manage APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
* Ensure responsive, accessible, and secure UI/UX.
* Handle authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
* Optimize application performance, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
* Use Git for version control and collaborate via Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Participate in code reviews, documentation, and client meetings.
* Communicate progress internally and manage client expectations.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and experiment with new tools.
Essential Skills/Experience
* Proven experience building applications using Typescript, React, .NET C#, HTML, CSS, SASS, Python.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment. Agile / Scrum experience. (Scrum master qualification desirable.)
* Strong communicator within the development team and wider project team. Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to clients.
* Ability to translate business requirements into a technical approach, demonstrating a good understanding of the needs and able to suggest ideas for improvements
* Proficiency with source control, and git processes including Git Flow and Trunk Based Development.
* Testing experience including automated testing and unit testing.

Desirable Skills/Experience
* A Computer Science, Software Development or related degree
* Front-end development.
* Understanding of coding best practices with regards to Cyber Security and durability.
* Experience with Azure DevOps.
* Experience in a client-facing or consulting role
* Active Security Clearance (SC)
