About the role
This is a newly created role to assist our Programme Manager with a wide range of administrative tasks. This is ideally suited to someone with experience of organising meetings, taking minutes and collating and updating activities on a large scale of ongoing projects. We use up-to-date IT including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Salesforce. The post holder will be responsible for updating and coordinating all project documentation as well as reporting on the progress of activities set against the project timeline.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of administration experience and have the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines. As the first point of contact for many of our stakeholders, you will need to have experience of coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minute-taking along with strong organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills. We need you to be able to work with a range of Microsoft 365 packages (Word, Excel etc) and have experience of using databases/CRM.
We can offer flexibility in the working hours and occasional working from home for this role.
