The Role
* Organising meetings
* Greeting office visitors
* Creating documents
* Handling general office tasks
* Data inputting
* Providing support to managers and staff
* Handling confidential and time-sensitive material
* Organising diaries for operatives' day-to-day tasks
* Answering phones
* Organising emails
* Booking jobs with clients
* Must have Microsoft Office and Excel skills
