About the role We have a clear understanding of our target market and have well-defined ideal customer profiles. We’re now looking for someone who can leverage this foundation to take our B2B marketing strategy to the next level. You will bring a wealth of experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Experience (ABX), using these methodologies to design and execute highly personalized campaigns that maximize our reach, engagement, and conversions with key accounts. Your role will involve closely collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with our broader business objectives. You’ll need a strategic mindset to craft targeted campaigns that speak directly to the pain points and needs of our ideal customers. Additionally, you’ll bring tactical expertise, utilizing digital channels, analytics, and CRM tools to monitor performance, refine strategies, and ensure we’re getting the most out of every opportunity. This position demands someone who can operate with autonomy, has a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, and knows how to build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers. What we are looking for: · Experience working with a rapidly growing scale up, in the business to business space (ABM/ABX) · Experience across different fields, namely SEO, PPC, PR and others · Experience in a role where pipeline generation has been a requirement
