Publicis Sport & Entertainment (PSE) is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our Consulting team and lead the charge in delivering impactful marketing strategies.

The Role:
The team’s work includes everything from the identification of partnerships, to negotiation of value exchanges, activation of rights including asset creation, PR and effectiveness assessment. Publicis Sport & Entertainment’s work for brands crosses a wide range of industry sectors and covers the spectrum of sports and entertainment properties and media on both national and local market levels.
As an Account Manager, you will provide leadership across a variety of client projects. Your day to day at any given time might range from delivering a strategy recommendations for a client looking to reach a specific audience, assisting with a partnership negotiation all the way through to managing talent on a content shoot and working to ensure a campaign is measured and reported effectively.
The Responsibilities:
* Be the bridge between brands and the world of sport and entertainment.
* Manage diverse projects such as partnership strategy, talent management, and campaign analysis.
* Solve challenges creatively to deliver multi-channel partnership solutions.
* Collaborate with a team known for its agility, insight, and commercial acumen.
* Day-to-day project management, including interface with clients and other agency stakeholders, as well as rights holders
The Requirements:
* Experience in the partnership sector and the development of activation ideas that directly address brand objectives
* Experience of working in agency environments, with high profile brand clients, to deliver marketing solutions
* Creativity in developing activation ideas that align with brand objectives.
* Data-savvy skills, including the ability to analyse and synthesize insights, particularly for social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
* Leadership to guide junior team members and drive project success.
