Role overview: IR Supervisors are responsible for day-to-day line management of the IR Team, who handle unresolved invoices, which sit with insurers, patients and other 3rd parties. The IR Team needs to ensure all contacts are accurately recorded and documented within the Medserv system. This involves reviewing and verifying invoices, identifying discrepancies, resolving any errors, and maintaining accurate notes. The Supervisor will support Seniors new starters and inexperienced Specialists with training and guidance, and will feedback error and quality issues, as well as handling escalated queries and disputes.
