The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for Customer Account Administrators on behalf of our client based in Bradford. They are looking for Customer Account Administrators to join their team for an initial 3-month contract providing support with an upcoming project on behalf of their sister company - this project aims to offer a more effective social tariff to households on lower incomes to help with the affordability of their utilities.
The Location: Bradford, BD3 (on-site)
The Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Working times between 8am-6pm
* Both full and part-time options available, preferences will be discussed during the screening process
* Full-time hours: 37.5 per week
* Part-time hours: to be discussed depending on availability and preferences
The Salary: £11.85 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday!
The Role:
* Correctly assess customer accounts and make sound decisions in line with the banding matrix, ensuring accurate tariff assignment.
* Complete required data transfers with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
* Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
* Work in accordance with service level agreements.
* Operate effectively and in a timely manner.
* Use in-house systems to accurately record information and data transfers.
* Collaborate with a small, friendly, and supportive team.
* Address discrepancies or issues with data entry in collaboration with team members.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
The Person:
* Previous administration, clerical, or data entry experience is required, handling a large volume of customer accounts and completing data-heavy admin tasks.
* Strong IT skills are required, including good navigational skills, typing accuracy, and speed.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong personal organization and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
