Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries Providing a friendly and helpful service, displaying a passion for customer service Accurately updating and maintaining an in - house system, processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies Collecting payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration Document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits What do we expect of you?
